VerifiedHi graeme,the disc conversion isnt 'too' hard,xh rear will fit but the tailshaft flange is different,if you got discs/axels/calipers from an xf,all these parts will fit-up to the axel housing you already have,youll need to change to a disc/disc master cylinder too,the handbrake cable is also different,one from a sedan(not fairlane)will fit,job done,Glad to help cheers Stew.
