I have a 2002 Audi...
I have a 2002 Audi A6 with 3.0l I did the timing, I have placed the crankshaft in position with the locking tool and then locked the cams into place using the cam tools and reinstalled all the new timming components, I have put everything back into place aside from the front bumper which I have entirely off and it will not start, any suggestions?

Hi Im David, thanks for visiting the site. are you certain that you were on #1 tdc on the compression stroke, before removing the belt/chain?

To keep it simple it went out of time while the vehicle was not running, I did the timing installation according to ALLdata instructions.

No there was no way to.

ok, you are going to have to put the engine @#1 tdc on the compression stroke and then check all of the timing marks

I'm not trying to offend you and or insult your intelligence but im far from a novice, and judging by what you are giving me for advice you have no understanding on how this motor works. Thank you for your time I'll seek advice from someone else
