I had an a6 tdi 2013 biturbo serviced yesterday screen warning please reduce your oil rang serviceman after chat he said autherised people advised 8.2 ltrs after my call he rang again & they said should be 6.4 ltrs.should i drive it any more?
JA: When was your last oil change?
Customer: Yesterday
JA: Are you fixing your Biturbo yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no i have done nothing but drive it home 60 kms
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

I would get them to come to your house and drain the 1.8 or so litres out, to get the level correct.

You paid for a service on your car, they have made a mistake, now they need to remedy it.

I recommended they come to your house to drain the excess out.

I should have also said not to drive it until they do, but you had already driven some distance without issue.

So now they have fixed it for and the level is correct?
