Customer Question

I have a mission juke 2011 and I am being told that after driving it for only 2000 miles that my ball joints have excess wear and need replacement. I believe the dealership sold the car to me this way.
JA: Are you fixing your JUKE yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I'm 70 yrs old and female
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

It would be pretty rare to have to replace the ball joints at 88,000 miles and I would suspect there diagnose. I think before you even consider having them just go ahead and replace them that you seek a second opinion. Something dose not smell right here.
