fuel pump fuse has ground on both legs instead of power fuse is good
JA: Have you ever replaced the fuel pump, or is this the original?
Customer: I have the fuel pump unplugged still has ground both legs of fuelm pump fuse .. all wires at fuel pump are also grounded . using a power probe
JA: What year is your Probe?
Customer: just bought this year
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: im a certified mechanic ive never ran into this issue .. is the ecm bad ? runs on start fluid
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: had a blown main fuse 60 amp under dash replaced it ... still same issues ..

In some cases this type of fault here can be caused by a faulty fuel pump relay needing replaced.I have seen several of these fail in the past before.If this has not been tested this needs done.If this is o.k. let me know so we can continue.
