Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are a handful of things that could be causing the vibration. If the CV shafts have been ruled out you could have a tire or wheel issues or it could be driveshaft related. A tire or wheel issue would normally cause a vibration that gets worse with higher vehicle speed but is not throttle sensitive. If it's throttle sensitive then it's a drivetrain related issue.

If it had sat for two years then the tires would definitely be flat spotted and it will take some time for them to come out of it, if at all. Has anything been done with the tires?
