If the vehicle is electrically dead it could be a cable, connection, power distribution or wiring issue but a dead battery would be most likely

The first thing you'll want to do is make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. If ok then I would next recommend trying a jump start (not always reliable), swapping in a known good battery, or having this battery load tested. Most big chain parts stores such as Autozone and even Wal-Mart will load test batteries for free.
