P0455--- one code that came up
Audi Mechanic: Dan, Technician replied 2 years ago
This means your Evap system has a large leak, problem is strictly emission related. The most common causes are leaking gas cap or purge solenoid. You could try to replace both but if that doesn't help you will need to have a smoke test done to see where leak is. Let me know if you have more questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.

were is the Evap system located in this car please
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
or were is the purge solenoid
Audi Mechanic: Dan, Technician replied 2 years ago
The evap system is fuel vapor which goes from tank to engine. Here are diagrams and information on system along with picture of purge valve. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.

hello there should I replace these two (gas cap,,evap) first what do you think
Audi Mechanic: Dan, Technician replied 2 years ago
I would recommend starting with the gas cap since that is easier/cheapest then move onto purge solenoid. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.
