I have a 2003 Audi A4 1.8t, check engine light came on... Pulled Codes PO003, and PO301
feels like it wants to stall while idle
Hello, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm here to help get your problem solved. This most likely means you have a bad coil. P0301 means cylinder 1 misfire so that is the code to start with. Swap that coil with another cylinder to see if misfire follows coil, if so replace. It is a pretty common problem, about $70 for the coil or a $150 job to have done at a shop. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.
