Customer Question

I have a set of 4 Art Nouveau chairs that The regions owner told me are at least 80 years old.
The chairs are sold chrome and very heavy.
They have been reupholstered in the last few years, and are in excellent condition, with only a few little pitting spots in random places.
I'm trying to get a value on them as well as any information about their designer, age and what they might have been used for.
Thank you,
