These are 1950-60's era chandelier brass stamped earrings with oval blue thermoset. Thermoset is a variation of plastic that was popular in the 50's and 60's. The fact that these are stamped brass (thin) rather than a solid piece also indicates this time period. These are not made by an American company, most likely from China or Japan. These earrings have a value of $10 to $15.00.
