Hello. My name is***** and I am a certified appraiser with 25 years in a museum and in the field. I am happy to help but what is it that you have? Do you have images to share as well?
You can try to attach something with the paper clip icon tool (if you see one) or use our email system through the support team who will forward images to me –‘
Send images to:
"Kim D. in antiques" in the subject line will help the support team find me.
Please do let me know if you are having image issues - I know that this can be tricky and we do have other options if something is causing you a problem.
Thank so much!

Hi Kim, I sent an email with the attachments of pics that I needed identified, any luck?

Expert:  Kim D. replied 2 years ago.

No Valerie - Nothing came thorugh - I am sorry.

What is it that we are talking about too? I may or may not be the right person for this question...metal materials, domestic items, coins, large..small?

Try the attachment tool - it has been working well lately but certainly you can send them again with my name in the subject line and ask the team at *****@******.*** if they are getting them first.

They are there to help.

Hello and welcome! My name is Doris.
I have been an antiques collector, dealer and appraiser for over 56 years.
I will be pleased to help you.

Please try the email instructions again. Your photos are not visible in the.doc format you are using. The best format is jpg or jpeg.

You must follow the email instructions exactly or the photos will not get to me. The email method sometimes takes 24 hours.

This is the official explanation of how to send photos via email:

Send the picture to,***@******.***

In the subject line put " Pictures for˜Doris in Antiques or Appraisals."
In the body of the message put, your user name and name.
Make sure to send these from the same address that you registered with
just answer,so they can verify who you are.

This method takes longer because the photos are sent to the Just Answer
techs who must forward them to me.
They will forward them to me and as soon as I get them I will contact you.

Kind regards,
