measurements with frame 15 by 27 inches.
with out frame (taken from the back) 12 by 24 inches.
I have attached more images below. I have not taken it out of the glass as the nails are very old and i am afraid they may break.

I purchased this at a church yard sale several years ago. I collect antiques and this appears to have age. The back of the image has an imprint so the front is raised if you can tell from the photos.

Please allow me some time to look these over for you.

Hi There~
Thank you for your patience.
You have an antique circa 1900 color lithograph print on embossed paper that was likely published by Raphael Tuck & Sons of a painting by British artist Helena J. Maguire (1860 - 1909) depicting game birds or 'Catch of the Day'. The signature is 'in-plate' meaning it too is part of the print and was not executed by hand.
Maguire was a visual or commercial artist whose works were primarily printed for framed decorative wall art or postcards.
As a general rule of thumb original oil paintings are not framed under glass.
On today’s market, this would sell for a high average of $50 - $70. The suggested insurance or replacement value is $100.
