Ok thanks. This means the magnetron is faulty and will need to be replaced unfortunately. You will need to order and replace this part number W10859575. Nothing you did caused this. This happens sometimes with age. It is fairly easy to replace. Click on this link, it will look different but it comes apart the same way.
