PLEASE Note: However I`ll also be assisting you along with other customers so there may be a delay in my responses, so do not panic just wait for my reply!
May I have the appliances full model number right off the actual appliance itself please?
You may have an issue within the Electronic Control Board OR it may just need to be rebooted .
So have you unplugged the unit Or turned the Circuit Breaker off for OVER 5 minutes to try and reboot the electronic control board yet ?
If not let`s unplug Or turn the circuit breaker off for OVER 5 minutes or more, then apply power and try to run the appliance and see if it has the same issue .
It has to be powered down for over 5 minutes for the control boards memory chip to go dead and reboot the control board .
Anything less the 5 minutes is a waste of time!
