The first thing to check is if the water going to the refrigerator is turned on.
If you have flowing water going into the refrigerator, the next thing to check is the primary water valve Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve part # WR55X11146. Remove the water line under the valve, not at the top. Remove that water line and use the water dispenser, does water flow out of the valve?
