If you don't mind, may I have your model number located on a sticker below the lid?It should be visible if you open the lid tucked down underneath by the hinges so it's difficult to see. Unfortunately, this model does not have a fuse or cut out that will cause the panel to be completely dead. If there is no green light, you need a new main control board.
