What does FF mean in place of temp. Samsung. Model
freezer quit yesterday the drawer wasn't shutting good. So I emptied it and found a package of brats behind the drawer. So I cleaned and unplugged it thinking it might reset the a lady from Samsung called me and told me to unplug it again and she will call back.
