VerifiedDo you see any frost on the back wall inside the freezer ? Pull the fridge out and remove the cover that goes across the back. Is the fan running back there ? Next to it is a black roundish grille - the condenser - is it loaded with dirt - if so clean it . Do you have a thermometer to check both the freezer and the fresh food side temps - what are they ?
