Customer Question
Your last advice to me...
Your last advice to me in April recommending a new control panel for my Frigidaire Gallery Series washer was perfect! It was not draining and spinning at the last part of the cycle, and I was able to replace the panel, and it worked beautifully! However, it just began to repeat that same error yesterday. Any additional advice?

And have you tried rebooting the electronic control board by unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and plugging it back in ?

If not let`s unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 5 minutes or more ,then give it power and see if it does the same thing .
This unplugging for 5 minutes or more will hopefully reboot the electronic control boards memory.
Let me know what it does.

Answer did not work.
Appliance Technician: Master Tech, Whirlpool Master Technician replied 2 months ago

well I have not given you an answer on this question as of yet ,

I just asked if you had tried rebooting the control board yet .

So are you saying that powering the unit off for 5 minutes then powering it back on did not reboot the control and you still have the same issue?

Ask Your Own Appliance Question
Customer reply replied 2 months ago
The reboot/re-powering did not work...clothes are still soaking at the end of the wash cycle.
Appliance Technician: Master Tech, Whirlpool Master Technician replied 2 months ago

ok but does the washer actually spin?

And the outlet that the washer is plugged into is it properly polarized and grounded , if not that can damage the new control board .

Ask Your Own Appliance Question
Customer reply replied 2 months ago
Washer does spin. How would I tell if it were properly grounded?
Customer reply replied 2 months ago
This is the same outlet that washer has been plugged into for years.
Appliance Technician: Master Tech, Whirlpool Master Technician replied 2 months ago

Check polarity to your outlet LARGE blade to ground 0 volts, small blade to ground 110-120 volts, small blade to LARGE 110-120 volts.
this is very important with electronic controls
