I put in a load to wash, but dishwasher didn't is still water in the bottom of the unit. Recently had dishwasher reinstalled into new cabinets, but have used it previously without any problem.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your dishwasher? And have you run a diagnostic test cycle?
Customer: Kitchenaid dishwasher, Model KUDL40CVSS3 No, I haven't run a diagnostic cyle
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If it is a minor, easy fix, then yes.
