Customer Question
I have a Whirlpool...

I have a Whirlpool WFW9150WW00 front load washer. It washes but intermittently does not drain the final rinse. I keep getting referred to error codes but cannot find the display to see which one I have. Got a clue where to look?

Contractor's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

It was purchased in March of 2010. The model is WFW9150WW00 SN# *****

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Yes

Contractor's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Don't think so

Hi. I will do my best to help you. Unplug washer. There is a bottom panel under front door. It has three screws along it bottom. 1/4 inch I believe. Remove screws and take off bottom panel. Let me know when that is done.

About a dollar in change but it didn't fix the problem. (Did this earlier today)
Appliance Technician: applianceguy, Customer Service replied 28 days ago
Ok. You may want to pull the pump off. Check the impeller. See if it is right or spins freely.

This is Dave. You should be able to turn the impeller. There would be resistance for a while then it jumps forward. If it is stuck you need to replace the pump. Let me know if you need the part number.
