If no buttons are responding the control could be bad or the touchpad first try to unplug the unit or shut the breaker off to the unit for 2 full minutes to reset all the controls on it. See if that changes the condition and let me know. Also I need the complete model off the tag on the oven.

I not only tried all this but reconnected my old controller (which was not operating the baking element) and had the same problem.

So the inputs will not work or the inputs work, but it will not heat?

everything was working execpt the bottom element which I tested and determined was ok.

Ok so now nothing works?

correct on either board. I also double checked all connections with both boards.
I have power but nothing else.

Clean the ribbon cable off from the touchpad with a eraser and reseat it again, the ribbon is not making connection to the board.

Is anyone there?

Sorry for the delay, if it is beeping then something may be wrong with the touchpad on the unit, if it will not work with the old one or the new one I would replace the touchpad.
