Hi I have a Kenmore Elite Ultraclean dishwasher model 665.12783k311 that started out with a problem of not draining water then started working again, then stopped and now will not light up any lights on panel, I checked and have 120 volts and good ground at control panel, wounding if there are any relays or fuses I can check or if this is typically a control panel or circuit board problem, panel is W10481070-E circuit board is w10481092 REV E

any ideas

There are two fuses but they are inline with the wash and drain motors only. If they open, the control will work fine, it just won't wash or drain. If you have verified power to the control, it is faulty.

The touch panel is just a switch matrix. It could be bad but not likely if you have no power at all.Turn off the power to the appliance. Use a hair dryer to heat the panel up until very warm while rubbing firmly over each of the buttons. Be sure to get the panel very warm but not hot enough to damage the plastic. If still no power, replace the main control.
