I have a brand...

I have a brand new Samsung cionvection oven with an induction cooktop. The screen on the front of the oven appears to be frozen with the oven door locked. The screen says “LOC” and the lock icon is lit. I cannot get it turned off. The oven is not in cleaning mode - the door is cool to touch I have tried the “Off” button to no avail. Please help! Thank you.
