If OFF is being shown on the display, it means that your cooling off demo mode has been activated for some reason. To exit, you should just need to press and hold the FREEZER and POWER FREEZE buttons together for 5 seconds and that should reset your electronics.

The temp went from -2 to 0. Fridge temp went from 38 to 58, called tech earlier and he said to hold down ice off and e saver for 10 seconds than hold down power freezer and power cool for 10 sec set the temp and wait 2 hrs didn't work
