If I were to guess, I would say 1991. Looking for paperwork now

Serial is UD723028CIt appears that just the touch pad is faulty.

Are you able to post a picture of the controls on the hob please?

Stupid question but look at the lock like and under there is the lokc/unlock button.

Have you pressed this twice to see if it will remove the lock?

If that doesnt work then press and hold that button for about 7 seconds and see if it turns the lock off.

Try that and let me know how it goes.

Ok when you touch it twice hold it for a few seconds and let go and then hold it again for a few seconds and see if this does it.

If its not working then im afraid its looking like the touch control board is faulty if the lock light isnt turning off.
