Cord is ok , voltage at terminal block verified ok
Customer reply replied 6 months ago
the electrical cord, outlet and terminal block are ok, voltage is 244.
thermal fuse is ok , sensor probe showed continuity, heater element is ok and the control board was replaced.
I am not at the customers at this time. All was verified yesterday on site.
Appliance Technician: Appliance Guru, Owner and Technician replied 6 months ago

Are you able to test at the heater and thermal fuse with the unit running? You would just have to check for voltage to the thermal fuse on the heater. See if you are getting anything from one side to ground or the other side to ground.

Yes see what you find, the circuit is pretty simple I would physically bypass the thermofuse and try it.

The thermal fuse did show continuity when tested. But I'm open to all suggestions at this point.
Appliance Technician: Appliance Guru, Owner and Technician replied 6 months ago

Yes I would bypass it completely, it shows that the thermal fuse inputs to the main board.
