Hello! My top loader...

Hello! My top loader was 5 minutes into a wash cycle when a high pitched beep started. Screen read 'F'. I rearranged the clothes & still it beeps with the 'F'. What's next, please?

It's a Whirlpool Cabrio Platium Model #WTW8240YW0 It's about 4 years old.

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Depends what's wrong. When i get a Unbalnced Load message, I take care of it in 1 minute. What does the code 'F' mean?

Contractor's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

I do not ever remember seeing this code before. It's been working well.Did 2 full loads last night. My husband thinks I should unplug & replug to reset the brain. I think that would still not tell me what's wrong.
