I have a Uline Under the counter Wine Cooler and am receiving a E-5 error

Contractor's Assistant: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?

This is a rental unit so am not sure

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

If I can if not I will call Appliance Repair

Contractor's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

I have tried to lower temp but not sure if I am just not doing soemthing correct

E5 means that the wine cooler has been set at an appropriate temperature, but the win cooler hasn't reached the set temperature in over 24 hours. Try to unplug the unit for 24 hours and see if it'll reset and start working. If not, you'll need a technician out to check the freon pressure and see if you're low on freon or have a bad compressor or something like that.
