We have an Samsung...

We have an Samsung flat screen TV. The backlight setting will not hold. It reverts to an unacceptable low light level after about 20 seconds at a desired bright level. Can we change the default low level to a brighter setting? We wouldn't have to change it after that.

Contractor's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your Samsung is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

It's about 3-4 years old. Wait, I'll see if I can find the purchase receipt with the model number on it. Can you wait?

The TV was purchased 6/19/15.Here's the description on the purchase receipt: SAMSUNG UN40J6200 LED 1080P SM.
