Frigidaire front load not filling hot cold water select lights not lighting and when you try to select a temp they all flash
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Frigidaire is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Customer: hopefully

Customer: this is in a child care center and we do about 6 loads a day the w the repair man can be here for a week

  1. Wake the washer by pressing any button.
  2. Wait 5 seconds.
  3. Press and HOLD the Start/Pause and Cancel buttons simultaneously. As long as the buttons are held, the failure code will appear in the display as an E followed by two numbers, a number and a letter or two letters. The control will beep.

The E11 means that it is taking too long to fill. Are both the hot and cold valves on the wall turned on?
