My husband already removed the top part. We cannot get the basin separated from the outer tub. He used a spanner wrench to remove the agitator part (?) and we thought this was all that had to be removed to get the tub out. The washer is spinning but not actually washing clothes. Hypothesis is that there is a lot of dirt and grime under the tub basin (we have pets and little boys!). How do we get the tub out??? Thanks!!
