Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Broiler does not heat up
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 2 months ago.

ok so it is the same for both ovens and in both Bake and Broil correct?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 2 months ago.

ok for both ovens and Bake and broil to be effected you either have a voltage issue to the oven or you have a faulty electronic control board.

Do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and know how to use it? to be able to do any component or voltage testing

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Do not
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 2 months ago.

ok have you turned the circuit breaker off then back on to see if that will reset the unit ? if not let`s do that now

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Did that fan is spinning but no change in heat
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 2 months ago.

ok so we will assume that you are getting proper voltage to the unit.

I recommend that you replace the electronic control board.
