The E6 means that the motor has overheated. Most oftentimes, this is due to something being caught between the tubs or at the bottom of the small agitator at the bottom of the tub. Do you see anything that would be impeding the tub's movement?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
No I took the wash plate off, I think the bolt holding it was a little loose removed the plate and found nothing in the bottom

I would just prefer to text
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Sorry for the auto call offer, I have no control over those.

Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Can you manually move the tub?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The tub moves side to side and I can rotate the wash plate manually
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The tub doesn't rotate 360•, is it supposed to???
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

It should move with some resistance, yes,

Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

Sounds like the tub may need to be removed to inspect the area in between the inner and outer tub. Please allow me just a few minutes to prepare some information for you, thank you!

Ok

If you have the agitator (pulsator) out you should see a large nut that keeps the inner tub in (see attached page). Can you remove that nut and lift the tub out and see if anything is caught in between the tubs?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The inner tub doesn't rotate when I spin the wheel below the tub inside the back off the unit
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

You need to remove the inner tub to get a look down in between the tubs.
