Whirlpool dishwasher model WDF530PLYB2 not drying. Replaced heat element and high temp thermostat still not drying. Have tested both items check good .
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

The heater circuit only has three components to it .

The heating element the high limit thermostat and the control board.

I suspect that when the heating element shorted out it took the control board with it.

I recommend to replace the control board since the heating element and thermostat are good .
