My sharp microwave model R-520LK-T DOES NOT HEAT THE FOOD. The control panel is operational. The capacitor is operational. The internal fan is operational. The part above the transformer becomes warm, but the food/water does not become hot.
JA: How old is your R-520LK-T?
Customer: About 5 - 10 years old.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The control buttons of the micro wave are operational, clock is operational. The unit worked find yesterday, but when we wanted to heat our food today it did not become warm/hot with the normal 1-2 minutes settings.
JA: How long has this been an issue with your R-520LK-T? What happened right before this?
Customer: The Sharpe micro wave worked normal yesterday. The internal fuse is good. There was no lightening strikes in the area.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: How do I test the power out put that operates then micro wave main componet?
