the fresh food section is not getting below 68 degrees
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: 3 days. cleaned the condenser under the fridge, melted the ice from the evaporator and changed the evap motor/harness because there was no continuity from the thermostat
JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?
Customer: maytag mfx2876drm02. in service feb 2016
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: at this point i think i have done all i can
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: how do i run diagnostic?

the freezer section is currently at approx 20 degrees. the middle drawer is at about 50 degrees

If it was frosted up on the evaporator coil, there is likely to be more frost built up in the air channels. Unplug it with the doors open for 24 hours and I suspect it will restore cooling.
