JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No, I want an approved Sansung Tech. The problem (the freezer
portion of the Frig.) is still under warranty.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Samsung is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Model: #RF263BEAEWW/AA, Manufactured 5/2012, purchased approx. 2013-2014
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Freezer is on the bottom. Serial #JKKU4BBD500113F. Food is spoiling.
