JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Frigidaire is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Bought them new at costco less than 2 years ago
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yup
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: well I unplugged the freezed to properly un-ice them 3 months ago and problem is back. Also once it seemed that defrost went for so long that all food Inside was waisted as it looked like frozen food, melted and then frozen again

OK great you have a defrost drain line issue. Can you remove the panel on the top there to get to the drain and clear it out?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I already did this 2 times makkng sure drain was perfectly clean. There is however so much ice build up that drain is blocking back after couple of weeks.
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 2 months ago.

Do you have the model number off the unit and does that one have a defrost drain heater?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Here is the model id sticker. Based on my little kbowledge there is only a gutter undre the freezing unit to collect water
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 2 months ago.

Are you sure the drain is clear and drains water fast?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
As we speak it is blocked by ice. If if clean it, problem will come back (drain will block again within 4 to 6 weeks.
