My washer, WFW9450WW00 has a full load in it that was put in

Customer Question

My washer, WFW9450WW00 has a full load in it that was put in last night. This morning, the washer will not open, nor will it power on.
JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Whirlpool Duet, approximately 7 years old.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Just replaced the dryer on top 3 days ago. Thought maybe something was loosened in the install, but I've already run multiple loads and the plug seems to be in fine.

If you can reach the outlet that the washer is plugged into let`s unplug it for over 5 minute .If you can not reach the outlet turn the circuit breaker off for over 5 minutes .

This MAY reboot the electronic control board.

If that does not work let me know we will manually unlock the door .
