my control panel on the door shows OFF for both freezer and refridgerator. what can I do to reset it ?
JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?
Customer: its about 5-6 years old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: not sure if its an easy fix,if so then yes

It sounds like you my be in Demo Mode. Try this; press the Lighting button and the Freezer button at the same time for 5 seconds until a bell sounds. Let me know what happens.

The Of has disappeared. Temperature on the panel was showing for a moment. Not anymore but I think is working now. I can hear the noise from inside.
