is there any ice running down the backwall or the sidewalls? if not it sounds like a clogged defrost drain behind the rear panel at the bottom there is a small drain. it gos under the fridge you can can access it from the back. if could be clogged because of ice or mold or dust in the line on the rear. the line usually just pulls off sometimes it will have a zip tie around it just cut it and remove the little tube it will be near the right rear side and rinse It out in the sink. then you have to remove any ice in the drain an and flush it with real hot water to be sure there isn't any ice int he top portion. may need a squirt bottle or funnel
