Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hello. My name is ***** ***** I'll be helping you with your appliance question today. Please wait a few moments while I review your question.
The issue could definitely be the door gasket boot or possibly a hose that is look or has a hole in it. To know for sure, you need to pull the washer forward and remove the top panel as well as the back sheet metal panel. Then watch the washer through a cycle through the top and the back with a flashlight. If it's coming from the rubber door boot, then of course replace the boot. Otherwise, it should be obvious where the leak is coming from.
