You most likely have a connection issue at the junction box below the dishwasher or a tripped breaker. Have you checked the breaker and any ground fault outlets in the kitchen?
Okay, are you able to remove the panel that is below the door to access the wiring junction box?
In the right front corner is the junction box.
There is a screw that holds the cover on. Can you remove that cover and see if the connections in that box are secure?
No, it should be secured to the frame. Did you install the dishwasher or have it installed?
Can you remove the cover to inspect the wiring?
Do the wiring connections appear to be in good shape and securely connected? No burning or melting of the connectors visible?
Do you have a meter to test to see if there is power there?
Excellent, thank you!
So that is not good, it means there is a problem in the dishwasher, likely a faulty control board. It is only a couple weeks old?
It is under warranty so they will fix it free of charge. Or are you wanting to repair it on your own?
I understand, thank you! GE may be reached at 1-800-GE-CARES to schedule warranty.
