My subzero won't recognize new air purification cartridge

Hello, my subzero won't recognize new air purification cartridge(###) ###-#### tried 2 brand new ones and same thing.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sub-Zero is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It is 2 years old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes, with replacing a filter. I have the 36" Column Integrated refridgerator
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: not that i know of

What does the display say?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It keeps saying, "Replace the cartridge." then i change it and and "reset" the life and it keeps saying "replace the cartidge" hence, the original question.

Shut the power off to the unit for a full minute and then turn it back on and see if it clears, let me know what happens.
