Customer Question

My relatively new fridge is once again frosting up in the freezer section. It has already been repaired once, Feb 3, Sid Fulton, and worked fine until last Friday. Tell me what to do
JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?
Customer: WRF535MBM00
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Bought it in 02-16. Kitchen was being remodeled that spring and fridge not put into service until July. And as far as the work goes, depends on what has to be done.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Yes. Tell me why this is happening to a brand new refridgerator!
