Are you not able to get the kickplate off?

Expert:  Kelly replied 6 months ago.

The kickplate is held on with plastic pressure tabs that push into metal clips and should pull right off with a little pressure. The condenser coil has to be cleaned from the front. Is it just not pulling off?
