I have a nfinity wine fridge by-145d-x and none on the buttons on the display work. The temp works and the cooler works as I just recently plugged it back in and it is now cold. It's been plugged in for a few hours but I can't adjust anything.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of the appliance? And has it done this before?
Customer: It's an nfinity BU-145D-X
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Depending on what I need to do yet Yes I didn't know if there is a reset procedure
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I just recently purchased it used, I waited the 24hrs before plugging it in

There is not a reset procedure and it sure sounds like you have a defective touch control on the unit. There is a good chance that it was sold to you bad. You can only try and unplug the unit for a full minute and plug it back in. If that does not clear the issue you need a new touch control.
