Hi Brian. I see. What was the low temperature outside for last few days?

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 9 months ago.

Has it been well below freezing?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
but, the other water sources, utility sink and water heater are working fine.
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 9 months ago.

Ok, have you tried taking the hoses off of the washer and making sure that water comes out of them?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No...let me try
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 9 months ago.

Ok, let me know. If you have no water getting to the washer, then yes, there is a frozen pipe or valve shut off somewhere. If you are getting water, then you may have a bad inlet valve.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 9 months ago.

Did the valves inadvertently get shut off?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Took off both hoses and the water is flowing fine
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Put them back on ..turned on the valves and tried to start the washer again,,,still no water
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 9 months ago.

Ok, I will opt out and let another expert take over because I have to step out of the office right now.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I figured it out...I reset the washer by simply unplugging it and turned right on
